Hula Hoop Wellness is a movement-based wellness practice that combines rhythmic movement, mindfulness, play, and intentional exercises to help reduce stress, improve focus, reconnect with the body, and create moments of joy.

Not at all! Most of the women who join my classes and retreats are complete beginners. I'll teach you step by step in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

Where can I find a hula hoop?

Yes! I create custom travel hoops for adults. The are lightly weighted and beginner friendly for adults. Hoops are provided for most workshops and retreats. If you're joining a virtual program or my online community, you can order via the store.

Is hula hooping a great workout?

Hula Hooping is certainly a great low impact workout. Hula Hoop Wellness is about much more than exercise. It's about reducing stress, increasing joy, improving body awareness, and creating moments of presence through movement.
